CES Design Group Inc. is proud to highlight our ongoing partnership with GL Homes in the development of a new, high-density residential community proposed for the site of the former Falls Country Club in Palm Beach County, Florida. This collaboration leverages our architectural expertise to meet GL Homes' vision of repurposing an existing land parcel for contemporary multi-family living.

Design Vision & Approach
In partnership with GL Homes, our shared vision for this development is to integrate modern, vertical living within a lush, South Florida landscape. The design aims to create a vibrant residential environment that offers both comfort and aesthetic appeal, providing a compelling alternative to traditional low-density housing options in the region.
Key Architectural Features
Contemporary Massing: Working closely with GL Homes, our design features a proposed six-story structure with a dynamic, segmented massing that reduces the perceived scale of the building while maintaining density. This collaborative approach creates visual interest and helps the building harmoniously integrate into the surrounding environment.
Façade & Balconies:
A clean, neutral color palette is complemented by prominent, dark-railed balconies which provide private outdoor spaces for residents and introduce a strong horizontal element to the façade. The repetitive balcony design adds architectural rhythm, adhering to GL Homes' standards for quality residences.
Landscape Integration:
The design places a strong emphasis on natural surroundings. Extensive tropical landscaping, including mature palm trees and lush vegetation, is utilized to soften the building's edge and enhance the resort-style ambiance. The adjacent water feature provides a serene backdrop and potential views for future residents.
Typology:
This high-density typology, developed in partnership with GL Homes, provides an efficient use of land, incorporating residential units and an integrated parking garage (not fully visible in this rendering) designed to meet the demands of modern suburban life. The design reflects robust construction practices suitable for the Florida climate.
