Karl F. Soby (Director of Operations for CES Design Group, Inc.) Karl has been working in the architecture and construction field since 1983. With 30 years of experience in residential / Commercial Architecture building and design. Karl has worked with some of the largest builders, Contractors and Architectural firms in Florida. Karl manages the daily operation including production schedules, budgets, contracts, client meetings, billing and plan design and coordination and is the lead project manager on the projects. Karl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Construction Management.
Jack W. Hugentugler II, AIA (Senior Architect for CES Design Group, Inc.) Jack earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a B.S. in Environmental Design from Auburn University. Jack has 30+ years of design experience in residential, Commercial, Health care, banking, restaurant and governmental projects.
Diane R. Berry (Partner at CES Design Group, Inc.) In 1990 Diane’s architectural experience began in the construction field then progressed into an architectural office setting where she gained experience in planning, design, and construction documents while attending college. Years later Diane owned her own consulting company from 2010 to 2014 where she worked with both the Construction and Architectural teams while acting on behalf of the Developer during the planning and building processes on multiple private and public sector projects. Diane’s nearly 30 years of experience in architecture working on Urban planning, over 8,000 Multifamily Residential in single family to Hi- rise buildings, Mix use and Infill developments for high end projects as well as HUD financed developments and countless commercial spaces in standalone centers, assisted living venues and some medical rehab facilities projects has left her with a well-rounded knowledge and experience base. Diane graduated with honors in Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1996. At CES Design Group Diane manages the daily consultant coordination as well as in house staff team document production progress to meet the goals of the projects she heads up.
